Ordinances
The Town of Coal Creek is an incorporated town with it's own set of Ordinances which have been codified and designated as the "Code of the Town of Coal Creek, Colorado" or "CCC." This code can be found here.
Government
The Town of Coal Creek is a municipality governed by the mayor and trustees. Citizens are encouraged to participate in government and are welcomed at the Town Meetings. Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 P.M. in the Town Hall unless otherwise posted.
